Projectiles are divided into 4 categories: super clean projectiles, hard tube projectiles, friction projectiles and matte projectiles. The cleaning pellet is the key element to complete the cleaning process and achieve the cleaning effect. Autoclin cleaning balls are made of high-quality polyurethane sponge material, with a closed honeycomb structure, high compressibility and high tear resistance.

Ultra-clean type such as: UC-16 (ultra-clean projectile with a diameter of 16mm) is soft to the touch and has particularly excellent compressibility. It can be used to remove light pollution, particles, and powder pollution through right-angle joints and shrinking pipes. Suitable for hoses, steel pipes and hoses with joints or steel pipe assemblies.

Note: 1) Super-clean projectiles with a diameter of 100mm and above have a laminated liner. When the projectile is put into the nozzle, the liner should face the air source.

2) It is recommended that the diameter difference of the variable diameter pipeline should not exceed 1.3 times, and the maximum compression ratio of the projectile should not exceed 1.8 times. The specifics vary with each specification and can be determined through experiments.

3) The transition of the pipe diameter change or joint contraction cannot be made at an acute angle, but must be made with a chamfer or arc.
