Hylomar Aero Grade is a non-curing and hardening gasket compound based on polyester specially designed by the aviation industry. Hylomar Aero Grade is a sealed jet turbine engine developed jointly with Rolls Royce's aviation department. The operating temperature of Hylomar Aero Grade is --50°Cto +250°C.

Hylomar Aero Grade resists the combustion products of air, turbine and piston engines; water, water glycol and methanol mixtures; double ester synthetic lubricants; gasoline and kerosene (kerosene and aviation heavy kerosene) and carbon as refrigerants Fluorine compounds. This is a non-toxic product for bonding noodles. Under severe temperatures, the traces of volatiles will not pollute copper or silver.
